Trilliant has rapidly expanded from 40 to 90+ employees in the last 4 years and is looking to grow our team as we enter the next phase of the company. You will be part of the new Market Strategy & Research team responsible for redefining how provider organizations leverage Trilliant’s robust data and predictive insights to deliver value for their communities through strategic research and education, health policy analysis and advisory services.
The Product Support Specialist will support Trilliant Health’s goals, values, and philosophy by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence, quality service, commitment, and accountability. The Directory Curation Support Specialist will ensure accuracy and completeness of Trilliant’s Provider Directory database, to include management of the support queue for internal stakeholders, execution of long-term projects as directed by the Senior Product Support Specialist, and research and development of product and process improvements. The Curation Support Specialist will participate in cross-team collaboration with Product, Data Engineering, Strategic Resource Group, and Sales. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations, with daily oversight from the Senior Product Support Specialist.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2-3 years professional experience in operations, QA, data analysis, project management, or customer service with demonstrable ability to solve complex challenges and collaborate on cross-functional projects and teams.
Ability to speak, hear, and sit; ability to speak, read, and write in English; good interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, and organization skills; ability to use PC and office equipment; proficient in the use of MS Office products; good project planning and project management skills; experience with healthcare technology companies; ability to multi-task and work on concurrent projects; strong organization skills and the ability to work independently; ability to concentrate, think, and learn.
Position is in an office setting that involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions. Position is subject to occasional overtime.
