You will be part of the new Market Strategy & Research team responsible for redefining how provider organizations leverage Trilliant’s robust data and predictive insights to deliver value for their communities through strategic research and education, health policy analysis and advisory services.

Role Overview:
The Product Support Specialist will support Trilliant Health’s goals, values, and philosophy by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence, quality service, commitment, and accountability. Position Summary:
The Directory Curation Support Specialist will ensure accuracy and completeness of Trilliant’s Provider Directory database, to include management of the support queue for internal stakeholders, execution of long-term projects as directed by the Senior Product Support Specialist, and research and development of product and process improvements. The Curation Support Specialist will participate in cross-team collaboration with Product, Data Engineering, Strategic Resource Group, and Sales. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations, with daily oversight from the Senior Product Support Specialist.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Research and update data attributes of—and relationships between—records in Trilliant Health’s Provider Directory database, which serves as a crucial building block of Trilliant’s client-facing analytics products.
  2. Gain familiarity with healthcare claims, vendor data sources, and external sources (like NPPES and online research) to determine accuracy of existing records.
  3. Exhibit timely, professional service in managing internal support ticket desk, including escalation of issues that require cross-department collaboration.
  4. Gain understanding of how the Directory interacts with Trilliant’s data assets to ensure Directory changes have the desired effect on the accuracy of our client-facing products.
  5. Give feedback on ways to optimize the curation experience in the Directory application.
  6. Be proactive in identifying and suggestion process improvements for the Delivery & Support team.
  7. Coordinate division of labor and manage progress of projects with the Curation Team.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
  9. React productively to change.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2-3 years professional experience in operations, QA, data analysis, project management, or customer service with demonstrable ability to solve complex challenges and collaborate on cross-functional projects and teams.

Additionally—

  • Experience with JIRA or comparable ticketing software preferred.
  • Understanding of relational databases, with basic SQL skills highly preferred.
  • Experience with software development preferred.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry–including medical terminology, coding, and claims–is preferred.
